Brief:

Sported help thousands of sports charities stay afloat by supplying them with their very own business-minded volunteers. Show the world who they are and what they do.

Creative:

With absolutely no money, we figured that some powerful copywriting could get this charities message out there.

So we wrote a series of through-provoking stories with a simple message; sport changes lives.

This began as a one-off press ad, destined to run inside a Clipart-produced Sunday league football program.

In the wake of the London Riots, national newspapers decided to run this ad for free. It secured over £100k of free media space in The Sun, The Times, The Daily Telegraph and The Mail on Sunday. It was then shown on the London Underground, while also winning a few awards along the way:

In the spirit of making sport accessible to anyone and everyone, we gave out pairs of these ‘Goal Posters’ to sports clubs and community centres. The CTA directed their owners to our website.
